1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Selavelle platform (selavelle.com, selavelle.de, selavelle.ro), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Selavelle is an online booking platform for beauty and wellness businesses. We provide tools for businesses to manage appointments, employees, and client bookings. Clients can discover businesses, book appointments, and manage their bookings through our platform.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must verify your email address before accessing dashboard features.
  • You may not create more than one account per person.
  • A user may own at most one business on the platform.
  • A user may be an employee or manager at one additional business (via invitation).

4. Business Accounts

  • Business registration includes a 30-day free trial with full feature access (except SMS).
  • After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue operations.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly per employee seat.
  • Businesses must provide accurate information including a valid address.
  • Business managers are responsible for managing their employees, services, and appointments.

5. Bookings and Appointments

  • Selavelle facilitates bookings between clients and businesses but is not a party to the service agreement between them.
  • Businesses are responsible for honoring confirmed appointments.
  • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments subject to the business's policies.
  • Guest bookings are managed via access codes. Guests are responsible for keeping their access codes secure.

6. Subscription and Payments

  • Subscription prices are per employee seat per month and vary by region.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Seat upgrades are prorated immediately. Seat downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle with no refund.
  • Cancellation keeps the subscription active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
  • Failed payments trigger a 7-day grace period during which the business remains fully functional.
  • After the grace period, unpaid subscriptions result in the business being frozen (read-only).

7. Content and Conduct

  • You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions, reviews).
  • You grant Selavelle a license to display your content on the platform.
  • You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.
  • Reviews must be honest and based on actual appointments. Fake reviews are prohibited.
  • Selavelle reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

8. SMS Notifications

  • SMS notifications are available only for paid subscription plans (not during trial).
  • Each seat includes 200 SMS per month, pooled at the business level.
  • Additional SMS can be purchased via top-up packs.
  • SMS sending is blocked when the monthly limit is reached.

9. Limitation of Liability

Selavelle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to missed appointments, business losses, or service quality issues between clients and businesses.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time through account settings, subject to a 24-hour grace period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
