• Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.

• To process bookings and send appointment notifications (email, SMS, push).
• To manage business subscriptions and process payments.

4. Datenweitergabe

We share your data only with:

• Businesses you book with: Your name, phone, and booking details are shared with the business to fulfill your appointment.
• Service providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (emails), SMSMagic (SMS notifications), Bunny CDN (file storage).
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Datenspeicherung

• Account data is retained until you delete your account.
• Guest booking data is automatically anonymized 30 days after the appointment.
• Account deletion includes a 24-hour grace period, after which data is permanently removed.
• Business data is deleted when the business owner deletes their account (after deactivating the business).

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and language/theme preferences. We use analytics cookies only with your consent. You can manage cookie preferences at any time through our cookie banner.

8. Sicherheit

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), secure webhook verification, and input validation. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
